We now accept online applications for Gomaki,allowing you to send your prayers even from afar. Your Gomaki will be included in the ritual and prayed for by the monks of Enryakuji.
Feel free to share a message expressing your heartfelt prayers. We will deliver your prayers to the Kaihou Gyosha(Ascetic Practitioners) at Enryakuji.
How to Apply for the Great Goma of Mt. Hiei

- Please share a message expressing the meaning behind your prayer.
After filling out the required information, please review your application, register your details, and complete the online payment.

- How to Participate in Ritual

The ritual will take place at the Great Goma of Mt. Hiei on May 24th(Sat) and 25th(Sun), 2025
Online→The ritual will be streamed on YouTube.
At Mt. Hiei→Those who apply for Gomaki will receive a shuttle bus voucher.
